The work is good, but too much of it still runs through the owner's inbox.
Websites · AI workflows · Business reimagination
We rebuild how your business looks and how it runs, using AI where it earns its place and nowhere else.
Version two starts here.
Who it is for
The work is good, but too much of it still runs through the owner's inbox.
More quotes, orders and follow-ups than there are hours to handle them.
A solid reputation, and a website and set of tools from another decade.
Before and after
Nothing that works gets thrown away.
Examples of the kind of change we build. Every company's list is different.
What we do
One piece of the business, rebuilt properly, so you can judge us on something real.
Design, writing and build. Clear about what you sell, quick on a phone, and yours to edit.
$2,500 fixed
Up to five pages, written for you.
One repetitive job taken off the team: follow-up, quoting, scheduling, reporting or inbox handling.
From $1,500
Finds businesses that fit you, writes each a personal email and hands you the replies. Nothing sends without your approval.
$5,000 installed
We map how work actually moves through your company, then redesign the processes, tools and customer experience around what is now possible. You get a plan in plain language and we build it with you, one piece at a time.
Fixed project price, agreed before we start
A standing relationship. We keep improving the new version, watch what the tools are doing, and coach you and your team through the change.
From $1,500 a month
How we work
We sit with the people who do the work and write down how it really happens, not how the org chart says it does.
One piece at a time, while the business keeps running. Nothing is switched on until you have seen it work.
We stay for the first weeks of real use, measure what changed, and fix what did not.

About
DoubleV is led by Philipp. Through the 2000s and early 2010s he ran Pimientos Consulting, building websites, social media and search campaigns for growing companies. That sits on top of a long history of helping founders conceptualise, structure, fund and start businesses.
So the advice comes from someone who has worked on both sides: the marketing a company shows the world, and the structure that holds it up.
The name is the method. The first V is your business as it runs today. The second V is its next version. One grows out of the other, and nothing that works gets thrown away.
Questions
Ask us anything. Really.
No. You need to know your business. We bring the tools, explain every choice in plain language, and leave you able to run what we build.
A website is $2,500, fixed, for up to five pages written for you. An AI workflow starts at $1,500. The sales outreach system is $5,000 installed, including the first month, then $1,500 a month. Larger projects have a fixed price agreed before we start, and ongoing advisory starts at $1,500 a month.
We build alongside the way you work today and switch over one piece at a time. The people who do the job help design its replacement, which is also why it tends to get used.
Before anything is built we agree in writing which information each tool may see and where it is stored.
That is the reason to start small. An entry project is one defined piece of the business, so you find out quickly and cheaply whether we are a fit.

03Nothing breaks. Things just get harder every month. How to tell it is the system and not the workload.
